SOUL supports gays, bisexuals, lesbians, transgendered,
transexuals and those questioning their sexuality on the beautiful campus
of Connecticut College. SOUL includes BAGAL? a discussion/support group
and SafeZone, a place for those who aren't "out" to give input
and be connected to the group.

B.G.A.L.A. three primary goals are as follows: to
promote the overall involvement of gay, lesbian and bisexual alumni/ae in
activities of the Alumni Association and the college; to serve students of
the college who seek support as a result of their sexual orientation or
who are involved in the struggle to end homophobia; to provide a resource
of individuals and ideas to enhance the college and create a network for
interaction among the ranks of gay, lesbian and bisexual graduates of
Connecticut College

The group is devoted to acting as a support group and
providing a sense of community for the gay, lesbian and bisexual
population at Quinnipiac. The group also works towards making the group
members as well as the entire campus community more aware of the issues
faced by the gay, lesbian, and bisexual community as a whole. Everyone is
welcome to participate, regardless of sexual orientation.

EROS as a support group for the gay/lesbian/bisexual and
transgendered (g/l/b/t) students of Trinity College. We strive to educate
the Trinity Community on the topics of sexual orientation and
gender-identity. EROS also acts as a social group to provide its members
with opportunities to interact with g/l/b/t groups of other colleges,
universities and the Greater Hartford Community.

As part of the overall commitment to
diversity and civility, the administration at the University of
Connecticut has dedicated staff, office space and resources to address the
needs of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and allied members of
the campus community. We are here to serve the entire UConn Community, and
to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, work and grow in a
supportive atmosphere.

The Queer Resource Center is located on the second floor
of the WSA building, 190 High Street. The QRC acts both as the physical
headquarters of Queer Alliance and as a general resource for the entire
queer community at Wesleyan. Anyone may come to borrow books, videos, or
magazines from the library, and free condoms and lubrication are
available. Staff members are available to answer questions and offer
support during posted office hours and also by appointment.

Queer
Alliance is a student group that planes
queer-related social and political activities to address issues on
campus and in the world.
Wesleyan Allies is a group of students,
faculty, staff, and administrators committed to examining and
understanding how social conditioning of gender and sexuality as well as
sexism and homophobia affect our lives and relationships.
Step
1 is a safe place for anyone who is questioning his or her
sexuality, or is in the process of coming out, to ask question and to
meet openly queer Wesleyan students in a relaxed setting.
GBLOCQ
- Gays, Bisexuals, Lesbians of Color and Questioning - is a safe
and social space for queer and questioning students of color on campus.
Open
House. The Queer Positive theme house located at 154 Church St.
Hosts parties, snacks, and movies.
The Very Happy Hour is a social group which
hosts various events. All are welcome, no questions asked.
GBQ: Social group for Gay, Bisexual, and
Questioning (or just plain Queer) men.
LBQ: Social group for Lesbian, Bisexual, and
Questioning women.
Queer Youth Outreach: Wesleyan students have
spoken at high schools in the area through Stonewall Speakers, an
organization formed to dispel stereotypes and ignorance in Connecticut
high schools over queer issues.
Diva is a student-run publication dedicated to
queering textual production. All submissions are welcome--comics, movie
reviews, critical essays, prose, poetry, etc.

The LGBT Co-op is an action organization. Its purpose is
to foster and encourage an environment at Yale in which lesbian, gay,
bisexual, and transgendered people express themselves academically,
artistically, socially, and politically. The Co-op sponsors various
confidential discussion groups for the Yale community.

University Law School -- Outlaws, the LGBT Students' Assocation at the
Yale Law School
Outlaws holds meetings, sponsors speakers, and travels
to conferences and events at the intersection of sexuality and the law.
Outlaws brings the Law School community's attention to issues of special
concern to LGBT students, and is a bridge to the gay communities of Yale
students, Law School alumni, and the legal profession at large. And, with
regular social events, Outlaws provides a social forum as well.
